No Returns Policy
- Food Products: As our coffee products are consumables, we do not accept returns on any opened or unopened packages. This policy is in place to guarantee the freshness and safety of our coffee for all customers.
Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@groundsofgratitudecoffee.com. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the damaged or defective product. Our customer service team will review your case and, if approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at hello@groundsofgratitudecoffee.com. Include your order number and details of the incorrect item(s). We will correct the mistake by sending the correct product or issuing a refund.
